Location:

- 2 positions in Astra Tower, Sudirman - Jakarta

- 2 positions in Kotabaru, South Kalimantan

Are you fluent in Mandarin and ready to grow your career in a leading underground coal mining company? Join us as a Purchasing Officer (Mandarin Speaker) and contribute to the success of our operations both in Jakarta and South

Kalimantan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute purchasing plans, conduct inquiries and negotiations, draft purchase contracts, arrange shipments, and follow up on deliveries.
• Responsible for the quality and cost control of purchased materials.
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure proper inspection and warehousing of incoming materials.
• Responsible for supplier resource development, qualification review, and supplier management.

Job Requirements:

• Male, under 35 years old; candidates with purchasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above; priority given to candidates with majors related to economics such as International Trade or Marketing.
• Proficient in both Chinese and Indonesian, with Indonesian as the primary working language.
• Diligent, conscientious, and responsible.
