MOBILE MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTOR
Code: HR - MAININ
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Technical Diploma (D3) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, heavy equipment Minimum 5 years in mobile fleet maintenance with previous experience in delivering technical training.
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
- Strong in preparing systematic and high-quality training reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Skilled and has in-depth knowledge related to troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mobile equipment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical mobile maintenance at mining industry practices Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company
Role and Responsibilities:
- Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
- Design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for Mobile Maintenance personnel
- Facilitate classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for Mobile Maintenance personnel
- Assess skills and knowledge against competency standards to identify development needs
- Conduct competency assessments and provide targeted feedback to enhance skill growth
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials for Mobile Maintenance disciplines
- Ensure training meets operational standards, company policies, and legal regulations
OPP INSTRUCTOR

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Ore Preparation Plant Operation with previous experience in delivering technical training.
- Certified Training for Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
- Strong training reporting skills to ensure effective workforce development and reporting compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Strong understanding of Ore Crushing processes and equipment in OPP or gold processing facility
- Skilled in process troubleshooting in the field and PLC system.
- Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

ADR INSTRUCTOR

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in ADR (Adsorption, Desorption, and Recovery) plant operations or gold processing with previous experience in delivering technical training.
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
- Strong in preparing systematic and high-quality training reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Strong understanding of ADR processes and equipment in an ADR Plant or gold processing facility using Pressurized Zadra elution method
- Skilled in chemical handling, troubleshoot process deviations and equipment failures
- Familiarity with process instrumentation and control systems
- Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, preferably in mining Industry with previous experience in delivering technical training.
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
- Strong in preparing systematic and high- quality training reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, switchgear, transformers, and MCCs
- Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, and control loops
- Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical and instrumentation diagrams, troubleshooting electrical faults, and instrumentation calibration
- Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in heap leach operations or gold processing, with previous experience in delivering technical training.
- Certified Training of Trainers Level 4, and able to create training materials.
- Strong in preparing systematic and high-quality training reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
- Strong knowledge of static leach pad construction, solution chemistry, and water balance
- In-depth understanding of heap leach processes, solution distribution, and recovery systems in a gold processing facility
- Skilled in cyanide handling, mixing, dosing procedures, and HDPE pipe handling
- Ability to troubleshoot operational issues in irrigation systems, pumps, and solution flow
- Familiarity with cyanide code compliance and environmental regulations
- Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company
