PAYROLL OFFICER

Requirements

• Min. education Bachelor Degree in Accounting (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in Mining or Shipping industry
• Have a good understanding of Tax (PPh 21).
• Familiar with HRIS Payroll System Mekari Talenta
• Strong knowledge of payroll calculation (Gross Up / Nett system).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experienced in handling payroll for more than 500 employees.
• Able to join immediately, and willing to be placed in Head Office, Senopati - South Jakarta

HR OFFICER

Requirements

• Min. education Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, & Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years experience as HR Generalist, Performance Management, or Organizational Development. Preferably in Mining Industry
• Have a good understanding in HR basic knowledge and Government Regulation of employment in Indonesia
• Preferred for BNSP Human Capital Level Staff Certification

Placed in Head Office, Senopati - South Jakarta, and willing to visit several Daaz Group site locations
