Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or other related fields
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Mine Plan Engineer
• Proficient in mining software (e.g., Surpac, Minescape)
• Strong skills in analyzing geological and mining data
• Experienced in mine planning, including pit design, resource modeling, and scheduling
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptive and flexible in dynamic project conditions
• Strong coordination skills to handle multiple ongoing projects
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta
