Qualifications:

• S1 Psychology from reputable University.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment, people development, and organization development.
• Strong knowledge of human capital strategic matters.
• Solid understanding of recruitment and people development strategy, tools, process, and techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
