PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Reclamation Superintendent

(Intermediate Operational Supervisor)

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3), Bache lor's (S1), or Master's Degree (S2) in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Forestry/Agriculture, or Mining
• 7-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a minimum of 5 years in environmental roles and/or at least 1 year in a similar position.
• Holds POP (Primary Operational Supervisor) and POM certifications
• Familiar with KKL (PROPER) environmental performance assessment
• Knowledgeable about mining reclamation and forest rehabilitation regulations
• Proficient in technical aspects and standards of land arrangement and mine site revegetation, including hydroseeding
• Ability to prepare RKAB (Work Plan and Budget), RR (Reclamation Plan), RPT (Post-Mining Plan), and AMDAL (Environmental Impact Assessment)
• Capable of conducting environmental risk assessments, investigations, and audits to ensure environmental compliance
• Skilled in preparing and reviewing both internal and external reports

Key Roles:

• Deve lop reclamation programs and prepare budgets to ensure optimal reclamation outcomes
• Formulate reclamation implementation strategies to ensure targets outlined in the Reclamation Plan (RR) are achieved
• Manage the entire implementation of post-mining land restoration activities, including land regrading, to enable successful revegetation.
• Manage the nursery operations, from seed collection to seedling readiness, to ensure the availability of seedlings for revegetation needs.
• Enhance biodiversity and genetic resource (germplasm) programs to support environmental initiatives.
• Evaluate treatment methods and the use of materials to ensure effective and efficient implementation of revegetation.
• Deve lop and/or implement innovative technologies for reclamation and revegetation activities. Develop SOPS, HIRA, and HIRADC for reclamation and revegetation activities

Road Maintenance Supervisor

Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Mining Engineering. Candidates with a Diploma (D3) and extensive relevant experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road maintenance within a large-scale mining or civil construction environment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Advanced knowledge of road construction materials, geotechnical principles, and long-term maintenance strategies for high-traffic haul roads.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budget management, and cost control for maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to manage multiple teams and foremen effectively.
• Proficient with project management software (e.g., MS Project), performance analysis, and detailed technical reporting.

Key Roles:

• Develop and implement comprehensive short-term and long-term road maintenance plans and strategies for the entire site to ensure operational continuity and safety.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Road Maintenance Foremen and their crews, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Prepare and manage the road maintenance budget, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality or safety.
• Analyze road performance data and failure patterns to drive continuous improvement initiatives maintenance techniques, materials, and procedures.
• Oversee compliance with all site safety standards and environmental regulations, leading incident investigations and promoting a proactive safety culture.
• Prepare and present regular, detailed reports to management on road conditions, maintenance progress, budget adherence, and team performance.

Project Study Geologist

Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Requirements:

• Minimum Bache lor's degree (S1) in Geology or Geological Engineering
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mineral exploration or mine geology, with proven involvement in project studies (Scoping, Pre-Feasibility, or Feasibility Studies).
• Highly proficient in 3D geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog Geo, Micromine, Surpac).
• In-depth knowledge of geostatistics and mineral resource estimation methodologies. Thorough understanding of international and national reporting standards (JORC Code, KCMI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation (QA/QC) skills.

Key Roles:

• Develop and maintain robust 3D geological models, interpreting lithology, structure, and mineralization controls.
• Conduct geostatistical analysis and perform mineral resource estimations in accordance with industry best practices
• Manage and ensure the quality and integrity of all geological data, including drilling, mapping, and assay results.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and provide critical geological input for project feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mining engineers and metallurgists, to support mine planning and project evaluation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for future exploration programs to expand and upgrade resources.
