• Preferably resides in Balikpapan
• Back to back of recruitment or hiring process

HR ASSISTANT

• Min. 1~2 years experience in Recruitment
• Good communication skill and fluent in Bahasa and English
• Preferably resides in Balikpapan

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle end-to-end hiring process
• Manage candidate pool (sourcing and screening)
• Interview and negotiation
• Onboarding and other administrative support
