Wetar Copper Mine, one of project of Merdeka Copper Gold, is seeking highly qualified candidates for this position.

CONTROL SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Overview:

• This role is responsible to perform a variety of tasks requiring expertise in programming and technical support
• Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in programming, performing Corrective and preventive maintenance on Client and Server PCs on SCADA systems, networks and other telemetry and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA & PLC programming issues and write programs for new or enhanced SCADA & PLC
• functions; assist in troubleshooting system-wide problems by tracing failed functions from source to destination. Troubleshoot routine network problems problems includin including servers, routers, and switches; resolve and provide information to Superiors.
• Documenting programming source code and testing and improving the work done; organizing and storing all documentation on the system server.
• Provide technical support in developing SCADA displays for process and field equipment monitoring & control purposes: ake routine software changes; work with Process Engineers or Metallurgists and operators to test system performance.
• Ensure all licenses for all Software used in PLC & SCADA programming; maintain technical library materials. Program, maintain, and upgrade process control from PLC logic diagrams to field equipment for Process Plant, Crushing Plant, Treatment Plant and Power Distribution System; install, calibrate, and troubleshoot related control system components and instrumentation.
• Improve, maintain and ensure consistent and reliable operation of power distribution (up to 20kV) as well as Power Quality Monitors (PQM), Protection Relays, HMI and Modbus - Ethernet. -
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot data communications equipment for critical SCADA and PLC plant networks; assist in installing multi-platform interfaces.
• Perform or assist in the development and installation of new programs for system enhancement and/or expansion.
• Program and generate various reports on system operations for End Users.

Requirements:

• Possess education Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
• Have min. 6 years of work experience as Automation & Control System Engineer.
• Mastered in PLC Allan Bradleu (Hardware & Software Studio 5000 Package), PLC Mitsubishi (Hardware & Software GX Work), PLC Mitsubishi (Hardware & Software GX Work), PLC Siemens (Siemens S7 200 & 300), Software Citect SCADA (Citect Scada Builder), System Networking & Hardware.
• Hold "Ahli K3 Listrik" certification and other related certification in industrial automation would be preferred.
• Able to communicate and making report in english.
• Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 6 weeks on-site and 3 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH
• Willing to work in contract based
