RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for implementing sustainable CSR programs, ensuring synergy and alignment across the group, and strengthening engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Social Sciences Environmental Science, Communication. Development Studies, Management, or related fields.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and community program implementation preferred.
• Good understanding of CSR concepts, sustainability frameworks, and related principles.
• Able to support the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of CSR programs effectively.
• Prior experience in BSF maggot cultivation in preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing community issues.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in diverse cultural settings.
• Willing to travel to project sites and engage closely with local communities.
