GEOTECH SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Geology or Mining Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Geotechnical Supervisor in a coal mining industry.
3. Expertise in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models
4. Strong understanding of mine design, road construction management, and URCI
5. Proficient in geotechnical data collection (surface mapping, core drilling) and analysis
6. Skilled in mining software: Minescape, Slide/Phase2, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall
7. Possess POP / POM Certificate
8. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
9. Knowledgeable in geotechnical analysis for LOM, staging plans, and high-risk activity management
10. Willing to travel if needed

 

GEOLOGIST SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

1. Bachelor's degree in Geology or Mining Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Geologist Supervisor in a coal mining industry
3. Possess POP Certificate, POM Certificate is an advantage
4. Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Spry,
5. Slide/Phase2, GeoStudio Slope W, and Rockfall
6. Experience with Drone technology
7. Capable of conducting surface mapping and coal modeling
8. Competent in developing, validating, and updating geotechnical models
9. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
10. Willing to travel if needed

 

CDEA SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

1. Must posses at least Bachelor Degree majoring International Relations/Communication Science/Social and Political Science or related.
2. Min 4 years working experience as a CDEA Supervisor.
3. Experience in Mining Industry is a must
4. Excellent in communication, Ms. Office and analytical thinking and leadership skills.
5. Experience in budgetting, create development programs, ensure the implementation of RIPPM and CSR programs in the IUP Area.

 

MINEPLAN SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree majoring Mining Engineering or Geology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in coal mining as a Mineplan Supervisor.
• Must possess a valid Class 2 Blasting Certificate (KJL2).
• POP/POM certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mine planning processes (longterm and shorterm), mine design, scheduling, and reserve estimation.
• Proficient in mining software such as Minescape, Surpac, Minex, etc.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian mining, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Have strong analytical thinking and leadership skills.

 

QC PORT OFFICER

Qualification:

• Must posses at least Bachelor degree majoring Geology/Mining Engineering. At least 2 years of working experience as a Coal Quality Officer in mining industry
• Proficient in coal sampling theory, resource estimation, and mine reconciliation.
• Ability to operate mining application software (Minescape, Minex, or Spry)
• Knowledgeable in quality control standards, inspection, evaluation, and testing methodologies in the mining industry Understanding of mining safety regulations and standards
• Having POP Certificate
• Strong communication skills and analytical thinking
• Experienced in blending plans based on sales forecasts, coal stock management, and port operations, along with pit and port sampling and Pre-Shipment Analysis (PSA)

 

SAFETY OFFICER

Qualification:

• Must posses at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring
• OHS/Mine Engineering or relevant.
• Min 2 years working experience as a Safety Officer/HSE Officer in Mining Industry.
• Excellent in basic mining safety, safety inspection, investigation, and reporting.
• Have a good communication and problem solving skills.
• Having an AK3U Certificate is preferred.
