Specialist Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Descriptions

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and medium-to-long-term business plans.
• Manage the financial database to record all transactions processed from the system.
• Conduct monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis between actual results and budget. Provide financial reports and insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather data, understand business needs, and identify opportunities for cost efficiency and profitability improvement. Prepare financial analysis reports for management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's elor's d degree (S1) in
• Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in revenue and cost analysis or corporate financial statement analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within tight deadlines and a dynamic work environment.
• Strong understanding of financial ancial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as KNIME, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
