SR. OFFICER - EMPLOYEE SERVICES

Job Responsibility

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as an Sr. Officer Remuneration (Employee Services) to ensure accurate administration of employee compensation, benefits, and personnel data. This role will responsible for processing expense claims, managing travel and benefits administration, and maintaining up-to-date employee records to support compliance, retention, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economy.
2. Min. 2 year of experience in Employee Services, Remuneration, or Payroll.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Head Office)

 

SR. OFFICER – LOGISTIC SUPPORT

Job Responsibility

We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Sr. Officer Logistic Support to drive data-driven insights and enhance logistics performance across our mining operations. This role will be responsible for creating reports using Power BI or Tableau, developing and maintaining logistics systems, and initiating continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain and operational efficiency.

Requirements

1. Min. Bachelor Degree in any field (preferably Industrial Engineering)
2. Min. 2 year of experience in handling Reporting Project using Power BI or Tableau
3. Good understanding of logistics business process (mining industry).
4. Strong analytical thinking skills.
5. Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (Head Office)
