SHORT-TERM PLANNING ENGINEER

This position is responsible for preparing weekly work plans, fleet allocation or arrangement, and planning for drilling, blasting, excavation, dumping, material movement flow, and all activities related to mining operations. Additionally, this role is responsible for reviewing the planning versus actual (PDCA) process to ensure the achievement of production targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Mine Planner.
3. Proficient in using Surpac and Minesched / Minesight software.
4. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
5. Strong knowledge of mining terminology and techniques.
6. Excellent planning, organizing, and controlling skills.
7. Proficient in both spoken and written English.
8. Able to maintain effective communication skills.
9. Actively participates in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities and prioritizes occupational health and safety.
10. Ability to read and interpret applicable standards and regulations.
