Officer Commercial Surabaya

Job Description

• Manage Shipping & Documentation: Handle end-to-end shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, bill of lading) and prepare invoicing as per customer agreements.
• Order & Delivery Management: Accurately process orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with internal teams.
• Customer Communication & Support: Provide shipment updates, address
• queries, and resolve complaints and claims professionally.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Liaise with finance for payment follow-ups and regularly report customer service metrics to management.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Shipping Documentation, or Freight Forwarding, with strong understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational,
• and multitasking skills; strong attention to detail; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring
• satisfaction and handling diverse customer needs professionally.
• Location: Surabaya, East Java
