Job Purpose:
Ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and support our subsidiaries in its operation. Also responsible for defining the Technology vision, standards, and guidelines for the organization's IT infrastructure and applications, to ensure its scalability, security, and efficiency.

Job Description:

• Strategic IT Architecture: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework and roadmap, aligning it with the company's Strategic objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, operation teams, and external partners to understand their needs and deliver effective architectural solutions.
• Technology Leadership:  Provide Technology leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Application Architecture: Define and enforce enterprise application architecture standards and guidelines, including integration patterns and data models.
• Infrastructure Design and Optimization:
  • Design and implement robust and scalable IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and security systems.
  • Optimize infrastructure performance and cost-effectiveness through continuous monitoring and improvement.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for critical IT systems.
• Security and Compliance Coordinator:
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as UU PDP (data privacy regulations) and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks, implementing appropriate security controls and measures.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to proactively address potential threats.
• Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive innovation and improve business efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the IT architecture, including system designs, configurations, and processes.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT solutions.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman), Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Git, Jenkins)
• Strong leadership, Project Management skills, Communication skills, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills.
• Will be placed full WFO and will be placed in Cilandak-KKO
