We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

 

Contract & Asset Management Specialist

Requirements:

• Bache lor Degree from Law / Business Administration/ Economic Finance/ Accounting Min. GPA.3,00
• 5-8 Years experience in Finance / Accounting /Planning /commercial/ Contract Management / cost control, with 3 years in Mining/ Mine Contractor
• Company or Public Accountant Background.
• Ability to review contract content
• Deep understanding of contract law, relevant regulations, and compliance standards
• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, including financial, operational, and compliance risk
• Skills in evaluating the financial implications of contracts, including cost-benefit analysis and financial forecasting
• Familiarity with project management and project planning methodologies
• Fluent in English & Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint, Ms. Word.

Key Roles:

• Reviewing contracts for compliance with company policies, regulations, and laws, and approving contract-related materials.
• Overseeing contract execution and implementation, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions
• Liase with all parties internal and extermal about contract status and addressing any issues or disputes. Responsible for all commercial aspect & calculation for cost reduction, contract term & condition, penalty calculation, pricing.
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts, working to minimize potential liabilities.
• Monitoring and updat ing Cost Estimates for projects to ensure that costs are within expected ranges

 

Mechanical Inspector

Requirements:

• At least a graduate of SMIK/STM majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of working experience as a mechanical inspector or in the field of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Have a BMC (Basic Mechanic Course) certificate.
• Able to read and understand schematic, part book and shop manual.
• Proficient in using mechanicall measuring instruments and other inspection equipment.
• Have knowledge of relevant quality and safety standards.
• Have a basic understanding of the use of computers and Windows software, Microsoft Office and part book & OMM applications.

Key Roles:

• Perform testing and evaluation on mechanical systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Able to perform failure analysis and provide repair recommendations.
• Ensure systems and equipment are compliant with standards.
• Create accurate and detailed inspection reports, Including findings, supporting evidence (photos, measurements), and recommended corrective actions,
• Good communication skills (oral and written) to interact with various parties.

 

Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing Engineer

Requirements:

• Bache lor's degree (S1) in Mechanical
• Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in the MEP field, especially in system design and development.
• Ensure that all MEP designs and installations comply with local and international codes and standards.
• Solid understanding of mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Familiar with relevant codes and standards for MEP systems (both national and international).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for technical drawings and design.
• Familiar with Dialux and other MEP-related software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight project deadlines.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Design and develop Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with project requirements and applicable technical standards.
• Ensure that all MEP designs and installations comply with local and international codes and standards. Coordinate with architectural, civil, and
• vendor teams during the planning and implementation phases of MEP systems.
• Supervise on-site MEP installations to ensure alignment with design specifications. Prepare technical drawings and project documentation using relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, etc.).
• Provide regular progress reports to project management.

 

Mine Development Senior Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mine development or mine planning in open-pit mining,
• with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
• POP certification required
• Have active English communication skills
• Proven experience in leading large-scale development projects
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-departmental coordination
• Placement: Konawe. Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Lead the formulation and execution of mine development strategies, including infrastructure planning, pit design, and resource access optimization
• Manage cross-functional teams in the execution of mine development activities such as road and drainage construction, pit preparation, dewatering, and haulage optimization
• Review and validate engineering designs, geotechnical studies, and hydrogeological assessments. Ensure alignment with operational objectives and safety standards
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and field staff. Review and approve their work to ensure quality and compliance
• Monitor budgets, track project milestones, and assess development risks. Recommepd mitigation strategies and improvement initiatives

 

Production & Cost Engineering Officer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bache lor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Statistic or related background Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Production & Cost Engineering at mining operations
• Certified POP
• Have active English communication skills
• Mine Design & Mapping Software preferred (Vulcan, ArcGis, Excel, Power BI)
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have good discipline, time management and strong initiative
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly mining reportsthat are circulated internally and extemally
• Coordinate with other departments for monthly reportstogether with other departments
• Conduct a weekly contractor review in accordance with the scope of work stated in the contract.
• Conduct a review of the actual costs incurred by the mining team both for rentals and mining contracts before being published.
• Provide an assessment of the contractor's suitability to the contract that is valid for each predetermined period of time

 

Road Maintenance Foreman

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in road construction or maintenance within a mining or heavy industry environment
• Strong understanding of road design and maintenance principles, including drainage, compaction, and slope stability
• Hands-on experience in operating or supervising the use of heavy equipment for road maintenance
• Proficient in using maintenance reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and basic project scheduling
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Supervise and coordinate daily road maintenance activities (grading, compacting, ditching, watering, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient access for mining and operational vehicles
• Monitor road conditions and identify areas requiring repair or improvement based on safety standards and operational needs
• Coordinate manpower and deployment of heavy equipment such as graders, compactors, water trucks, and excavators
• Ensure implementation of best practices in road maintenance to support haulage efficiency and prequipment life
