Financial Business Analyst:
Responsibility :
- Provide business insights from financial perspective with a fact-based information and identifying risk and opportunity and provide recommendation
- Collaborate with other cross function department to develop annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze actual financial performance against budgets, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management
- Gather, organize, simulate and support various business reports and be able to verify and validate the numbers. Be flexible to learn the new reporting tool and utilize it as and when needed.
- Preparing data required in planning and controlling operations
- Preparing data in connection with day-to-day decisions or special projects that require a choice among alternative courses of action
- Reviewing Capital Expenditure to make sure an effective and efficient capex spending
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any other related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in Financial Projection/Modelling, Consolidation and variance analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,Word & Power Point)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a strong command of English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word & Power Point

Tax Junior Staff:
Job Description:
- Fulfilling PNBP/Tax compliance procedural requirements for every shipment
- Ensuring and collecting data for documents completeness
- Working continuously with ePNBP system for data input
- Data reconciliation by excel program
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economy or related fields, preferable in Economic
- Maximum 28 years old with 1 year experience, but fresh graduate are welcome
- Proficiency in MS Office software especially Excel
- Willing to handle administration jobs, good in filling documents and management skill
- Fair Oral and written communication skills in English

Marketing (Shipment Scheduling) Staff:
Responsibility:
- Ensure shipment scheduling and contract performance complies with the terms and conditions in contract.
- Coordinate with customer, site / jetty, vessel/barge, and agent for smooth operation
- Contact point for scheduling with customer for annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly shipment schedule
- Review and consolidate letter of credit to make sure it is available and monitored until invoice are issued
- Review contract for certain shipments if needed
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. Preferably from engineering, accounting, or other related major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably with 2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Minimum Intermediate Level)
- Fluent in English
