GEOLOGIST

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree Science, in a geoscientific discipline, geology
• At least 3 - 5 years experience in geothermal projects in volcanic environments.
• Have capability and understanding on geothermal concept.
• Ability to Conduct surface geological mapping.
• Having ability Analysis of geological structures.
• Having ability Analysis & description rock or petrography.
• Having ability Conduct data analysis from surface subsurface data to develop conceptual model.
• Preferable have capabilities on processing 3D geological modelling, geology subsurface modeling using Leapfrog, etc.
• Preferable having experience on developing well prognosis for drilling design.
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written).

 

HC/GA STAFF

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Law, Psychology Degree or other relevant field.
• At least 2 years experience working as HC/GA staff. Having knowledge and skills on building management
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written

 

SENIOR WELL TEST ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geothermal. Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and Master Degree in Geothermal Engineering would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in geothermal projects, which at least 5 years experiences as wireline and well testing engineer in planning, execution and evaluation phase.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and executing well testing operations in geothermal wells.
• Strong knowledge of geothermal reservoir behavior and pressure transient analysis.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
• Proficiency in well test analysis software.
• Familiarity with downhole tools, gauges, surface test units, and data acquisition systems.
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)

 

HEALTH & SAFETY STAFF

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in environmental and safety, occupational health & safety or environmental engineering or related discipline.
• Minimal 2 years experience in an HSE role.
• Experience of working in civil construction, mining, or drilling environments.
• Experience in preparing HSE documentation and reports. • Have experience and good skills on implementation and monitoring of HSE Program.
• Have HSE training or competency certificates is an advantage.
• Have an understanding on environmental management and monitoring program is an advantage.
• Have an understanding on Contractor Safety Management
• System (CSMS), HSE Plan and SMK3 is an advantage.
• Familliar and able operate MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)

 

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years years of of experience as a site supervisor in the civil construction field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a site supervisor in the civil construction field.
• Familiar in AutoCAD, shop drawings, or as-built drawings.
• Have strong knowledge of earthwork, rad edge of earthwork, raod construction geodetic surveying, concrete construction, reinforced concrete, pipeline and steel structure, installation, erection, lifting methods, examination and testing.
• Capable of supervising field work in accordance with the planning documents.
• Well-versed in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for construction management.
• Familiar with material specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to read Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
• Understanding of project schedule curves
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)

 

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years experience post graduate in supervising civil construction works involving access roads, well pads and water supply equipment and piping erection.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager; experience in geothermal exploration is an advantage.
• To Leading and managing the on-site construction team, Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
• Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness. Following the project timeline to ensure deadlines are met.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented with sound and effective decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in construction management, practical financial management, and current industry developments.
• Well-versed in contract documents, project budgeting, and quality planning.
• Knowledgeable in the use and management of construction equipment.
• Capable of preparing cost analysis, project schedules, reports, and adhering to set timelines.
• Understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)

 

HSE OFFICER

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3)/S1 Degree in Environmental
• Science, Environmental Engineering, or similar field of study.
• Minimal 2 years experience in an HSE project-based role.
• Familiar to Safety Document.
• Experience of working within a geothermal project and or an equivalent multi-disciplinary business.
• Experience communicating environmental issues and aspects to stakeholders.
• Have a mandatory training certificate, Frontline Operational
• Supervisor (POP) geothermal or Occupational Health and Safety Expert for General/Oil & Gas sectors (AK3 Umum/ Migas) certificate.
• Have supporting training certificates such as H2S officer, First Aider, Fire Fighting, HIRA, or environmental management training, etc.
• Experience in preparing HSE documentation and reports.
• Experience in the implementation and supervision of HSE programs
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)

 

SENIOR HC/GA

Kualifikasi

• Gelar Sarjana dalam Manajemen Bisnis, Hukum, Psikologi atau bidang relevan lainnya.
• Pengalaman minimal 10 tahun bekerja sebagai HC/GA.
• Pengalaman dalam peraturan pemerintah dan pengadaan tanah akan sangat diharapkan.
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menyusun kontrak, dan dokumen hukum terkait HCGA khususnya dalam operasi pengeboran.
• Lancar berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (Lisan & Tertulis).

 

SENIOR ESHS

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in environmental and safety, occupational health & safety or environmental engineering or related discipline.
• Minimal 10 years experience in an HSE role.
• Experience of working in civil construction and drilling environments.
• Fluent in in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Spoken & Written)
