OD & Reward Staff (Organization Development & Reward)

Assignment: Head Office Jakarta

Roles & Responsibilities:

• organizational development (OD) Support initiatives and structure reviews to ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations and assist in managing job grading, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Drive performance management and organizational tional culture change through cross-department collaboration
• Analyse HC metrics and data to provide insights for improving OD and reward strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in OD, compensation & penefits, or generalist HC roles
• Proficient in job evaluation methods, HC data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of labour regulations and HC best practices.
