Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

 

Civil Designer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mining facility, infrastructure, and plant civil engineering drafting and design is required
• Highly experienced with the current version of AutoCAD 2D, CIVIL 3D, Autodesk Revit, Tekla, Sketchup
• Familiarity with MicroStation, SmartPlant 3D Mode ling, and Revit Building Information Mode ling is a plus
• Ability to create detailed drawings with minimal supervision
• Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Support the civil lead engineer in various civil and structural layouts, as well as conceptual and detailed design tasks
• Create civil and structuralstandard drawings that meet requirements
• Produce civil 3D models using Revit/Tekla/Sketchup
• Produce 2D Drawing and detailengineering design
• Collaborate with other internal design & engineering teams

 

Construction Civil Infra Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Bache lor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in supervising civil infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and infrastructure design.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of safety regulationsand quality standards.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Supervise and manage the execution of civil infrastructure projectsfrom conception to completion.
• Provide accurate and timely data on project progressto ensure proper reporting and informed decision-making.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, and project team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within the stipulated time and budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and identify any issues or potential hazards
• Resolve any technical nical or on logistical problems that may arise during the project.
• Conduct risk assessmentsand implement risk management strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities post-completion of the project.

 

Production Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum Bache lor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related background
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Production Engineering at mining operations Certified POP
• Have active English communication skills
• Mine Design & Mapping Software preferred (Vulcan, ArcGis, Excel) & Scheduling Software is preferred (SPRY, Alastri)
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Have good discipline and time management
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
• Evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly mining reports that are circulated internally and extemally
• Coordinate with other departments for monthly reportstogether with other departments
• Conduct a weekly contractor review in accordance with the scope of work stated in the contract.
• Conduct a review of the actual costs incurred by the mining team both for rentals and mining contracts betore being published.
• Deliver and coordinate monthly mining plans to mining contractors to ensure the delivery of the contractor's weekly mining plan is integrated with the monthly plan.
• Provide an assessment of the contractor's suitability for the contract at each predetermined time period

 

QA/QC Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles within mining, mineral processing, or related heavy industries
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, methods, and inspection tools applicable to the mining and mineral processing industry
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Proven experience in leading large-scale development projects
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-departmental coordination
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi

Key Roles:

• Supervise and ensure the implementation of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures in mining and mineral processing operations
• Monitor and verify quality standards for raw materials, production processes, and
• final products in accordance with industry and company standards
• Deve lop, implement, and improve QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation systems
• Identify and investigate quality issues, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and ensure timely resolution
