Sales Officer

Location: Jakarta & Surabaya

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Logistics, Services, Mining, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Skilled in preparing and submitting tender documents, including administrative and legal requirements for vendor registration.
• Able to coordinate tender requirements with other departments to ensure timely and complete submissions.
• Experienced in creating client quotations based on client needs and company capabilities, aiming to drive revenue.
• Able to process approved quotations and coordinate with commercial, operations, and finance teams.
• Good understanding of SAP, especially in managing customer data and project setup.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Goal-driven and proactive in achieving sales targets.
