Architect Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural design concepts based on client needs and project objectives. Create working drawings (blueprints), sketches, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site surveys to understand design constraints and opportunities.
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and project development.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant tools.
  • At least 2 years working experience is required for this position
  • Willing to working on a 3:1 schedule (three weeks on, followed by one week off) Willing to be placed in Anyer, Banten

 

Front End/ Mobile Apps Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using React Native
  • Develop website and landing page
  • Build Reusable components and front-end libraries for feature use
  • Translate designs and wireframes in to high-quality code
  • Optimize component for maximum performance
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to create seamless user experience
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/ Software Engineer or a related field
  • At least 3 years working experience is required for this position
  • Experienced in developing applications using React Native.
  • Skilled in UI/UX design with proficiency in Figma

 

Cashier & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Melayani transaksi pembayaran dari pelanggan secara cepat dan akurat.
  • Mengoperasikan mesin kasir, EDC, dan sistem POS.
  • Menangani pembayaran tunai, debit, kredit, dan metode digital.
  • Memberikan struk dan memastikan transaksi tercatat dengan benar.
  • Mengelola dan menyusun dokumen-dokumen perusahaan (fisik & digital).
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Menginput data ke sistem dengan akurat dan tepat waktu.
  • Membantu proses administrasi keuangan seperti invoice, nota, dan pembayaran.

Job Requirements:

  • Pendidikan Minimal SMK/D3 jurusan Administrasi/ Keuangan/ jurusan relevan lainnya.
  • Minimal 1 tahun berpengalaman di bidang yang sama
