Legal Specialist Mining

Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Legal Specialist, preferably within the mining sector.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in managing the OSS (Online Single Submission) system, including processing and monitoring mining-related permits and licenses.
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and contracts, particularly those related to mining operations, joint ventures, land use, and service agreements. \
• Excellent understanding of Indonesian corporate law, environmental regulations, and other legal aspects relevant to mining activities.

Job Descriptions:

• Review, draft, and design legal documents to ensure compliance with internal policies, mining regulations, and applicable national laws.
• Coordinate the preparation, review, approval, and signing of legal documents to support operational and business needs.
• Oversee corporate governance processes to ensure full compliance with legal obligations, especially related to mining operations and business entities.
• Provide legal advice on mining law, regulatory changes, and risk management to protect the company's interests.
• Support dispute resolution, contract negotiations, and due diligence processes when required.
