Recuitment Supervisor

Job Description

• Handling recruitment (mostly engineer) from staff to manager level in head office, regional and factory.
• Responsible for job posting, CV screening, interview, negotiation, contract, onboarding & document filing.
• Handling recruitment administration activities (On-Boarding, reference and background checks for prospective employees, administration of new employees).
• Work closely with project managers to fulfill man power planning needs.
• Manage KPI achievement and provide necessary support.
• Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement demand certain position from internal and external source

Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's Degree. Preferred major from Psychology / Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in Recruitment (preferably within the Mining / Heavy Equipment / Manufacturing industry).
• Good interpersonal, social, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across department.
• Can join ASAP.
• Willing to be placed in Sunter - North Jakarta.
