Responsibilities

• Ensure all solar systems are designed and installed to meet safety, reliability, and performance standards while complying with applicable building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate structural integrity and suitability for solar installations.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement in design and installation practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering license (or the ability to obtain one) is preferred.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Ability to perform on-site inspections, including climbing ladders and working at heights.
