We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Organization & People Development Superintendent

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Human Resource Management
• Have a minimum of 3-5 years work experience in the same position
• Have active English communication and writing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Visio & Page Maker
• POP & TOT Certified
• Active on social media
• Willing to be placed at the project location with a FIFO roster 42 active days: 14 days off
• Able to work at: Konawe site, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

• Understand the concept of Talent Management and be able to carry out assessments of all employees.
• Facilitate the talent coaching & mentoring process with the aim of increasing talent competency and assignment readiness
• Implementing talent management programs, starting from talent identification, IDP preparation, to career planning.
• Implement change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
• Deve lop and implement employee engagement surveys and analyze the results to develop appropriate action plans.
• Collect, analyze and report data related to organizational development and talent management programs.
• Implement employee development programs (compulsory and non-compulsory learning programs.
• Deve lop guidelines for implementing the
• Individual Deve lopment Plan.
• Become a facilitator in in-house training programs.
