Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HR operations at site level, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and compliance with labor laws Act as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders including labor unions, government agencies, and local communities.
• Lead and manage industrial relations matters, including dispute resolution, collective labor agreements, and grievance handling. Support strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management initiatives.
• Monitor employee engagement and implement programs to improve workplace morale and productivity.
• Work closely with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team to ensure HR compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the mining or heavy industry sector, with a strong focus on industrial and external relations.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law and government regulations.
• Proven experience in handling union negotiations and industrial conflict resolution.
• Strong leadership with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
• Willing to be based in all Petrosea's project site.
