IT SUPPORT GROUP LEADER

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems (Linux, MacOS & Windows), VoIP, Networks (WAN, WLAN &LAN)
• Monitoring Mikrotik Router and Switch (ISP Link, Trafic, Routing, Firewall, Queue, Looping detection)
• Providing technical support across the company
• Reparing and replacing equipment as necessary (computer, laptop parts and printer)
• Provide help and setup IT equipments for event (eg. laptop, projector, sound system, TV, etc)
• Update & Maintenance IT Asset documentation, etc
• Having driver license (SIM A)
• South Sumatra domicile is preferred
• Placement: South Sumatera (Site Based)
