Lowongan Kerja sebagai Inventory Control Officer di PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI)

Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle batteries.

We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) for the following positions:

Inventory Control Officer

Inventory Control Officer will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and availability of stock across all warehouse locations. This role focuses on monitoring inventory transactions, identifying variances, and implementing control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and support smooth supply chain operations in a dynamic industrial environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience, preferably in the chemical industry or a metal processing plant. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (WMS, SAP, Oracle, Pronto or equivalent ERP platforms). Expertise in conducting daily stock and inventory control activities, maintaining FIFO/FEFO systems, and implementing efficient storage practices.
• Experience in conducting regular stock counts, reconcile variances, and reporting inventory performance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate accurate stock reports, forecast inventory usage, and determine optimal reorder levels to maintain balanced stock availability and prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Ability to ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials in accordance with SOPs and ERP systems.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered as advantage.
• Excellent teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse departments and stakeholders.
