General Affairs Department Head
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day General Affairs functions • Preparing and managing the General Affairs budget and ensuring adherence to budget guidelines
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations, including create strategies to improve the effectiveness of daily GA operational Scope of work: Office Management, Executive Lounge Management, Facility & Asset
- Management, Working Permit, Travel Management, Vehicle Management, Mail / Document
- Management, and Other GA matters • Monitor General Affairs activities for all branches (Office Branches, Factories, Warehouses, Sites) and collaborate with other
- departments to support their general affairs needs and initiatives Handle projects related to General Affairs
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree of any Major
- Minimum 12 years experience in the same field.
- Good communication skills & fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Compliance & detail oriented, highly organized
- Having can-do attitude and hands-on
- Having exceptional problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel

HR Compliance & People Operations Senior Specialist (Managerial Level)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR practices & operations are aligned with company's objectives and create a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure the policies are keep aligned with the company's objectives and current employment laws & regulations by reviewing, updating, and creating HR policies regularly Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies across the business units and clearly communicated across the organization
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws and advising management on how to implement necessary adjustments through company's regulations (PP, PKB, others)
- Address employee concerns, promote positive employee relations, mediate employee & industrial dispute (bipartite, tripartite)
- Covers hiring-termination, onboarding-offboarding process, and employee's rotation Collaborate with business leaders and HRBP across business units to understand their needs, develop
- HR strategies to support business goals, and translate those strategies into actionable plans
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession & employee's development planning to be aligned with company's goal Facilitate organizational changes and support employees through transition periods
- Responsible for corporate's calendar and events
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Law
- Min. 12 years of professional experience working in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, including relevant labor laws and regulations, staying updated on changes
- Abilities in identifying and resolving compliance issues proactively
- Excellent verbal and written communication to facilitate dialogue between management and employees, including unions
- Willing to work as individual contributor
