Qualifications:

• Minimum education of a bachelor's degree (S1) (or equivalent) in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR.
• Able to operate a computer/laptop well (Ms. Office).
• Skilled in HR Planning, recruitment & selection processes, compensation systems (including payroll), and conflict management.
• Knowledge of HR administrative tasks.
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.
