HR STAFF

PT. MEITECH EKA BINTAN IS SUBSIDIARY PT. MEINDO ELANG INDAH. WE SERVE WORLDWIDE OIL AND GAS CLIENTS BY PROVIDING SERVICE IN EPC (ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION). OUR BUSINESS ARE OFFSHORE PLATFORMS, MODULES, JACKETS AND TOPSIDE.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• Minimum of 3 years in HR Role handle recruitment, Trainer, talent development, or a related HR function.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Preferably TOT (Training of Trainers)
• Understand the preparation and implementation of KPI
• Understand ISO 14001, 9001 and 45001
• Able to Operate the Ms. Ofiice
• Able the communicate in English both spoken and written
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Good Attitude, Disciplined, Responsible, & Teamwork player
• Willing to stay in Bintan Island - Riau Island Province

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent
• Contribute to talent development programs, including identifying training needs and assisting with program implementation.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Support with maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to identify and address talent gaps or issues
