Finance Officer

Urgent need: 

Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Manage petty cash and budgeting
2. Process authorized financial transactions and payments
3. Report daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow
4. Assist in payroll processing
5. Handle bank account openings
6. Maintain proper filing of financial documents
7. Schedule payments
8. Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting Manager to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in a related field
2. Proficient in computer usage
3. Mandarin language proficiency required
4. Highly organized, proactive, hardworking, focused, and detail-oriented
