WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR 

CONSULTAN SCM. (FMCG INDUSTRIES)

DELIVERABLES

The consultans will deliver the following outputs as a part of the project:

1. SCM Consultant Deliverables:
   1. Gap analysis report with identified inefficiencies and opportunities.
   2. Unfied SCM architecture document with workflows and intergration points.
   3. Stakeholder alignment report summarizing workshop outcomes and approved frameworks.
   4. Redesigned workflows to addres inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
2.  System Consultant Deliverables CIMS vendor evaluation report with recommendations.
   1. Detailed CIMS implementation plan, including timeline, milestones and pilotscope.
   2. Pilot results report summarizing systemperformance, gaps and feedback.
   3. Fully functional operational dashboards integrated with SCM systems.
   4. Real-time tracking system intergrated with ERP, MES, and WMS. Training materials and completion report detailing staff training outcomes.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience.
• English is must.
