Pani Gold Project, one of most anticipated projects of Merdeka Copper Gold, is seeking highly qualified candidates for:

LONG/MEDIUM TERM PLANNING ENGINEER

Code: TS -LMTP

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, with 2-3 years focused on long-term or medium-term mine planning
• Expertise in mine planning software and tools
• Understanding of geological modelling, resource estimation, and ore body evaluation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of mining processes, equipment, and techniques Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Project site location with a schedule and working hours determined by the company

Role and Responsibilities:

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (K3L) regulations and play an active role in K3L activities and initiatives
• Develop comprehensive life-of-mine and medium term mine plans based on geological data, resource models, and operationalobjectives
• Design and implement strategies for efficient ore extraction, considering factors such as geotechnical conditions, environmentalimpact, and sustainability
• Collaborate with geologists, mining engineers, and other departments to ensure that the plans reflect accurate data and account for potential challenges in the future
• Plan for optimal resource utilization over extended periods, ensuring that the mining operation maximizes ore recovery and minimizes waste
• Identify and prioritize key areas for extraction based on ore body models, production goals, and strategic objectives
• Develop plans to manage stockpiles, blending, and long-term ore storage to maintain steady production
• and quality Ensure that long- and medium-term plans align with short-term (daily/weekly) operational plans to create a cohesive mining strategy
