HR Operational Officer

Responsibilities 

• Monitoring and process of any employee data (personal details, employment status, leaves types, healthcare benefit, etc.) according to company procedures, BAST procedures by ensuring the data privacy and compliance with data retention policy. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with any major 
• Have minimum 2 years of experiences in Employee Services or Payroll area 
• Have good communication & interpersonal skills 
• Have good planning & organizing in administration task 
• Familiar with HRIS System is an advantage
