HRIS Analyst

Job Description

• Oversee data entry, validation, and cleanup processes to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data consistency and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Create and deliver HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support HR and leadership decision-making.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in HR processes.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and security.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor partners to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to users.

Reqruirement

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3 years) working with HRIS systems, preferably in a mining industry.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

 

Supervisor - Health, Safety, and Environment

Job Description

Developing, implementing, and overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure safe and sustainable mining operations. And also collaborate with various departments, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Reqruirement

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years minimum of experience in HSE/ environment operations.
• PPLB3 - POLB3 Certified is more preferable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team coordination and reporting.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and the commitment to promoting a safe working environment.
• Able to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, maintain accurate records of safety and environmental performance, incidents, and compliance, also prepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Willing to be placed at Aceh part working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk & Group.
