Learning & Development Specialist

Main Accountability : 

1. Collaborate with department heads to identify training / development needs and gaps in skills.
2. Design and develop effective learning programs, courses and materials (include development catalogue).
3. Create engaging e-learning content, videos, and interactive modules.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements.
5. Monitor and assess employee development progress.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
7. Administer and manage learning management systems (LMS) and training records.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Qualification :

• Educational Background S1 Psychology, Management, 
• Have the ability to perform analysis and preparation of strategic concepts for learning
• Have a good understanding related to Learning Management and End to end training process (ADDIE Model)
• Points plus to employee who have experiences in conducting TNA & E-Learning
• Agile and willing to explore new things
