Safety Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Collecting and analyzing accident data
  • Collect data on areas and activities that require supervision
  • Provide guidance to all workers
  • Establishing and training mine rescue teams
  • Compiling accident statistics
  • Conducting a safety evaluation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Safety or related background
  • Have min 2-3 years' experience as Safety Coordinator in Mining company
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having the ability Writing & Reporting skill.
  • Willing to work in Tanjung, Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan.

Operation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the operational activities of pumping operation (Dewatering/Slurry) at each location to run according to the plans and targets that have been set.

  • Give direction/briefing at the beginning of each shift ( P5M ).
  • Induction to new employees or guests.
  • Ensure the work is carried out per work standards (SOP & JSA).
  • Ensure equipment, safety equipment, and precautions are in need already available.
  • Inspect all aspects of safety in the work environment. 
  • Supervise all crew activities.
  • Ensure the achievement of production and quality according to the target/plan.
  • Ensure adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as adequate environmental conditions safe enough for the crew to be working
  • Create work reports and documentation

Job Requirements

  • Vocational High School or Associate Degree (D3), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
  • Min. 3 years’ experiences as Lead Operator (Group Leader) for Dewatering/Slurry Pump
  • Broad experience and proven skills in the pump industry is a must.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Good reporting skill
  • Willing to be located at Tanjung, Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan.

HRga Officer

Job Responsibilities


  • Checking the management activities and fulfillment of employee rights on sites in accordance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations related to employment so that all employees can be managed properly in order to support the success of the company's operational activities.
  • Implement HR Information System in the employee database that is integrated with the HR System application.
  • Conduct recruitment process on site in accordance with MPP so that labor needs can be met.
  • Responsible for every employee activity, both permanent employees and labor supply employees in order to create a conducive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Manage the socialization of company regulations to employees so as to create conducive industrial relations between employees and the company.
  • Organize, and supervise all General Affairs activities on Site (Office Facilities &; Labour Supply).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelors' degree in Psychology,Management/Engineering/Law.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HRGA in Mining Industry.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written).
  • Willing to be located at Tanjung, Tabalong.
  • Willing to travel across Sites.
