Mill & Logistics Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Architect/Civil Engineering.
• Having at least 7 (seven) years in Mill Managerial Experience.
• Having K3 certification is preferred.
• Have capabilities in handling Project, Waste, Operational, Waste, Strategy & HR Management.

Responsibility:

• Responsible for implementation of the mill process for oil palm plantations that produce high-value trade commodities in accordance with established quality and quantity standards.
• Ensuring processing capacity reached the installed capacity in the Mill with a high level of processing efficiency.
• Coordinate Bulking Station operations and logistics that promote safety, efficiency and timeliness of distribution.
• Ensure proper use of budget and operational cost control for the plant and Bulking Station.
• Coordinate the operation of the initiation program in order to provide added value for the company.
• Coordinate the administration and reporting system of palm oil Mill operations, logistics and bulking stations with accurate, efficient, and effective management.
• Coordinating all Mill and logistics operations with an understanding of sustainable environmental control.
• Preferably not smoking.
