WHO ARE WE

PT Masmindo Dwi Area (MDA) is dedicate to become the Indonesia next gold producer through development of the Awak Mas Gold Project. The Awak Mas Gold Project is located in the Latimojong District, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi. We are seeking the following position:

SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL

(Site Based)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the project execution works from the detail design review until construction works and commissioning, ensure the delivery of project execution performed by Contractors / Consultant within an agreed timeframe and approved budget in accordance with Government Regulatory and MDA requirements
• Ensure scope of work comply with tender package, contract and field execution to minimize dispute with parties
• Ensure schedule in line with master schedule
• Ensure project construction is delivered as per quality and specification
• Cost based on budget approval and minimized additional budge
• Perform risk assessment identification
• Project Implementation Plan and Execution

Requirements:

• Education graduate reputable university in technical field engineering (Civil Engineering) and combination of training and experience in large-scale construction projects in multinational mining sites
• Years of experiences minimum 10 (years) experience in Project construction area in managing and supervising direct employees and contractors, project infrastructure knowledge, and ability to read and analyse specification or drawing requirement
• Good understanding of Indonesia Mine Regulations
• Strong knowledge in Project Engineering and Construction, strong leadership and organisational, scheduling and time management
• Good computer skills in specific engineering application and database application (AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Project Management professional knowledge and engineer professional certificate
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with teamwork, organisational, scheduling, time, management skills and proactive attitudes
• Experience in project monitoring and evaluation and/or budgeting are highly desirable
• Strong leadership and have a good managerial expertise
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English verbal and written
