PT Mifa Saudara is one of the subsidiaries of PT ABM Investama and PT Media Djaya Bersama, which operates in West Aceh, Aceh Province and is engaged in coal mining opening the opportunity to fill the following positions:

 

Section Head Procurement

PT Mifa Bersaudara

(Meulaboh - Aceh)

Responsibilities :

  1. Draw up weekly and monthly work plans for the processes below
  2. Compile, submit, manage and implement weekly work plan of the procurement unit to ensure that the work plan and budget that is on the site in accordance with the work plan of each department
  3. Plan, implement and control as well as supervise the implementation of the procurement of goods and services to support the operational activities of the work unit in accordance with the specifications for payment requirements including timely delivery of the goods so that operational activities can run well and smoothly.
  4. Plan and implement the tender process by conducting and preparing all stages of the tender to support operational activities according to a predetermined schedule.
  5. Manage vendor management by compiling a vendor database to verify the legality of prospective vendor documents in e-procurement.
  6. Conduct analysis and risk (vendor analysis & risk assessment) and conduct vendor development (vendor development)
  7. Conduct and monitor the implementation of vendor and contractor evaluations every period to ensure vendors and contractors meet the requirements and qualifications that have been set
  8. Manage, analyze and organize and align data related to vendor management to improve compliance, good supplier relations, increase productivity.

Requirements :

  1. Male with a maximum age of 40 years
  2. Minimum Bachelor of Mechanical / Eletrical / Industrial Engineering
  3. Have 5 years of working experience in procurement & logistics and 3 years of managing tender work
  4. Have experience and be able to analyze and review Cooperation contracts
  5. Able to analyze and have experience in vendor management
  6. Have extensive networking with vendors/contractors
  7. Have computer skills and support
  8. Able to operate SAP module MM application
  9. Have the ability to make presentations

 

Marketing Coordinator

PT Media Djaya Bersama

(Jakarta - Aceh)

Responsibilities :

  1. Coordinate with the site operational team, Surveyors, Vessel Agents, Buyers and all related parties to process shipping documents and operational activities of coal loading and unloading both export and domestic

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Education : D3
  2. Maximum Age : 30 Years
  3. Have experience in coal marketing for a minimum of 2 years
  4. Have good English skills
  5. Willing to travel according to work needs

 

Geotek Technician Coordinator

PT Mifa Bersaudara

(Meulaboh - Aceh)

Responsibilites :

  1. Annual and monthly slope safety design review
  2. Actual design safety review
  3. Conducting Routine Geotechnical Inspections 3-4 Times a Week
  4. Monitoring slope stability
  5. Operate the Extensometer
  6. Operate the Piezometer
  7. Conduct geotechnical field tests (DCPT, Sondir)
  8. Do benchmarking
  9. Conducting soil and rock mechanics laboratory tests
  10. Reporting on Geotechnical Aspects on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements :

  1. Male with a maximum age of 30 years
  2. Have 2-3 years of experience in the coal mining industry
  3. Have slope analysis skills (Software) – Slide/Geostudio/Slope-W/Plaxis
  4. Able to perform soil and rock lab tests
  5. Able to carry out geotechnical field investigations (Drilling, such as, CPT, retrievable)
  6. Able to analyze slope monitoring based on geotechnical instrument data

 

General Services Coordinator

PT Mifa Bersaudara

(Meulaboh - Aceh)

Responsibilities :

  1. Prepare daily and weekly work plans for the processes and ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan.
  2. Identify General Affairs management process and services in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
  3. Prepare the fulfillment of the needs of the office and its facilities, general administration documentation in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
  4. Supervise and coordinate the entire procurement process of the needs and work facilities of the public and internal offices and their administration in accordance with applicable standards and procedures
  5. Compile weekly and performance achievement reports from work activities and work units.
  6. Implement K3LH / SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies and programs.

Requirements :

  1. Male with maximum age of 35 years
  2. Minimum D3 education from Management, Administration, Hospitality background
  3. Have 2 years of work experience in the same position
  4. Preferably from the same industry
  5. Have a POP certificate
  6. Have a General Affair Management certificate
