Lowongan Kerja Information Technology (IT) - PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI)

PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) is a subsidiary of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MCG) which originated from a joint venture agreement between PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk and Eternal Tsingshan Group Limited for the Acid, Iron, Metal (AIM) Project, located at PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park in Morowali Regency. Currently, MTI is in the construction phase which will build 4 factories and an employee camp area with a capacity of 2,000 people. With an estimated capital expenditure of US$387 million including contingencies, the AIM Project will generate attractive economic value, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of US$513 million at an 8% discount rate and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 29.5%, an increase in NPV from the initial economics of the AIM project. Significant acid demand growth is expected due to the addition of an HPAL plant, planned to be built in Indonesia. The AIM project started with earthworks in Q2 2021 and is now targeted to produce the first acid by the end of Q1 2023.

To strengthen the existing IT team and to ensure the achievement of the department objectives, the MTI is looking for a candidate to fill the role:

IT Network Engineer ( ICT 22042702 )

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Meet all the requirements for Health, Safety, and Work Environment of PT MMS which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 Decree of the Director-General of Mineral and Coal Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 and regulations other related.
2. Male / Female, maximum 27 years old.
3. Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer or equivalent.
4. Experience 2 years in Oil & Gas Construction / Mining Construction as IT Network Engineer.
5. Experience with the fiber-optic network system.
6. Have a CCNA and MTCNA certificates are preferred.
7. Good leadership, interpersonal, communication, service, teamwork, and target-oriented.
8. Willing to do antenna installation in height tower (working at height).
9. Willing to work under pressure and long hours (if required).
10. Willing to be placed at Morowali Site with 8:2 roster

IT Admin ( ICT 22042701 )

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Meet all the requirements for Health, Safety, and Work Environment of PT MMS which refers to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 1827.K/30/MEM/2018 Decree of the Director-General of Mineral and Coal Number 185.K/37.04/DJB/2019 and regulations other related.
2. Male / Female, maximum 27 years old.
3. Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer or equivalent from reputable university.
4. Experience 1 years in Oil & Gas Construction / Mining Construction as IT Admin, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Good knowledge in dealing with Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
6. Good knowledge in basic administrative skill to handle IT Helpdesk and all administration related to IT.
7. Good interpersonal, communication, service, teamwork and target-oriented.
8. Willing to work under pressure and long hours (if required).
9. Willing to be placed at Morowali Site with 8:2 roster.
