Citramasjaya Teknikmandiri (PT), a company which engaged in construction (EPC Company), is currently seeking for the best candidates to occupy the 

HR Recruitment

• S1 Psychology
• Female
• Age between 23 - 28 years old
• Processing prospective employees according to the disposition of the department head
• For input and suggestions from the Recruitment Department Head, conduct the publication process of vacancies available in the company either through mass media 
• Register the incoming letters and document them, before being submitted to the Recruitment Department Head to be recommended,
• Conduct administrative processes starting from scheduling interviews, testing, negotiations and contract finals, to the date of official joining.
• Responsible for the availability of data base recruitment process and stored properly.
• Perform other tasks that are instructed by their superiors properly and appropriately
• Doing other work related to his position based on initiative, innovative & constructive as long as he has received approval from his supervisor
• Able to work under pressure to achieve target 
• Available to join soonest Full-Time position(s) available
