RELIABILITY ENGINEER (Code: FRE)

Overview:

The role of the Reliability Engineer is to initiate action reliability engineering to identify and manage asset reliability risks that could adversely affect plant or business operations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related major.
• Have min. 5 years experience as reliability engineer or relevant experience.
• Have experience in Power Plant will be preferred.
• Mastered condition monitoring tools: Tribology, laser alignment tools, vibration analysis and any other condition monitoring tools.
• Experienced in data analysis techniques, Failure reporting and corrective action system (FRACAS).
• Familiar with Reliability modelling and prediction, Fault Tree Analysis, Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology, Root-cause and Root-Cause Failure Analysis (RCA, RCFA).
• Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island, Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
