HR Industrial Relation Officer

Requirements:

• Candidate Bachelor degree in Law/related field
• Has experience as Industrial Relation Officer minimum 2 years is must
• Has good knowledge about of Indonesia labor laws,
• Experienced handling industrial relation dispute to the Industrial Relations Court is a plus
• Experienced Handling Industrial Relation [Coaching & Counseling], Solve employment problems with applicable company Regulations in coordination with relevant departments, Reviewing & evaluating Company Regulation, labor-related policies, and procedures
• Placement HO (Jakarta)
• Can Join ASAP
