COMBEN & HRIS SPECIALIST (Code: CHS)

Overview:

This role is responsible for the whole process of payroll with ensure compliance with the regulations and do in timely manner.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. a Bachelor in Statistic, Mathematic, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting or equivalent.
• Have min. 3 years experience as Payroll & Comben Specialist.
• Proficient in Ms. Excel.
• Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation.
• Willing to be placed in Site Wetar Island - Maluku, with roster scheme 4 weeks on site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to PoH).
