HR Supervisor

Job Description
Role & Responsiblities :

• Having knowledge about recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS procedure, organizational training, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, HRIS, and general affairs
• Handle compensation, benefit employee by system ond manual.
• Having knowledge about income tax (PPh Pasal 21), Salary Structure, Labor low, Actuary, BPJS, Insurance.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Outlook, Word and Excel).

Qualification:

• Maximal 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Department, Low or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of work experience or 3 year(s) in the related field is required for this position.
• Having knowledge about recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS procedure, organizational training, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, HRIS, and general affairs.
• Required skills: Payroll, BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, PPh 21, UU Cipta Kerja, and Familiar with HR Information System is a must.
