PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate, preferably in Technical or Landscaping Architect) from reputable Institute or University
• Must have at least 10 years managerial experiences in oil and gas or Logistics supporting or Landscaping Contractors, Facility Maintenance Contractor or Consultant Company and heavily involved in landscaping project or facility maintenance for commercial area such as big and famous mall, at least 4 star hotels, and well known housing estates
• Have a high skills in planning, managing maintenance strategy, observe, and execute of Landscaping work, excellent skill in logistics planning and performance evaluation and report
• Advanced skill on use of Computer Aided Design (CAD), Landscaping Software
• Previous experience in handling project or maintenance for landscaping building or utilities operation will be an advantage
• Understand HSE matter, regulations, codes, and standards applicable to equipment and operation, Waste Management and Environmental regulation
• Fluent both spoken and written in English
• Placement in North Jakarta (willing to do management visit at site LNG Tangguh-West Papua)
