Senior Company Lawyer

Job Summary;

Senior Corporate Lawyer with a proven track record in Oil and Gas Industry, especially in Commercial, Business Development and Compliance matters.

The following responsibilities apply to the position;

• Providing Legal advice and support on a wide range of Legal activities.
• Drafting and Negotiating simple and complex Legal documents, incl. Commercial and Business Development Contracts and Correspondences related to Oil and Gas Projects.
• Advising on General Business Law issues and managing the Legal issues of all areas of the Company, including but not limited to Corporate matters and Procurement issues.
• Represent the department as required in Liaison with Head Quarter and any Stakeholders.
• Ethics and Compliance and Governance Services.
• Cooperation with the other members of the Legal department abroad.
• To anticipate and manage the (Legal) risks connected with or resulting from the Business Strategy and Operations.
• To secure Compliance of Business Operations with relevant Laws and Regulations.
• To pro-actively create and maintain awareness of Business Employees for (Compliance with) relevant Laws and Regulations.

Requirement;

Fixed Infrastructure Sr. Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for providing Analysis and Design on best practices in Fixed Infrastructure Construction, and support end-to-end Platform delivery/Construction process.

Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Direct Contract employment status

Experience/Skills;

Min. 15 years working experience in Mechanical Engineering role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry, preferably experience in Project stage.

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of detailed Engineering of Mechanical system for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
• In-depth knowledge in Design, Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical static equipment, pressure vessel and shell and tube heat exchangers, process skid, process columns, piping, plant erection, valves and etc.
• Knowledgeable in the applicable Codes and Standard for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries such as ASME, ASTM, NACE, ANSI, TEMA, API, NPFA, AWS and etc.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Mechanical Engineering Tools/Software.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).

 

Fixed Infrastructure Sr. SURF Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for designing SURF (Subsea Umbilical, Riser and Flowline) system for Fixed Infrastructure and ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.

Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

Min. 15 years working experience in SURF engineering role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry, preferably experience in Project stage.

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of detailed engineering and design of SURF system for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas facilities design, Construction and Operation with Offshore experience gained in the North Sea.
• In-depth knowledge of Subsea Engineering and the relevant best practices, Codes & Standards.
• Marine Operations using Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV).
• Proficient in Ms. Office and other SURF engineering Tools/Software.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Development HSES Coordinator

Job Summary;

Responsible for planning, developing, implement, and coordinate programs to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and financial losses for Fixed Infrastructure to ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.

Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or an HSE discipline.
• Further HSES qualifications (e.g. Nebosh Diploma) are desirable.
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

• Min. 15 years working experience in HSES Management for Offshore Oil and Gas industry with min 5 years in Leadership role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Project.
• Experience in delivering training in HSES topics (i.e. Forklift, Excavations, Crane & Rigging, Fall Protectionetc).

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of HSES Management for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Project.
• In-depth knowledge of Rules, Regulations, Policies, and Best Practices pertaining to safety in Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Development activities.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and other HSES Management Tools/Software.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Floating Infrastructure Sr. Rotating Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for designing rotating equipment system for Floating Infrastructure and ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.

Min Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

• Min. 15 years working experience in Rotating Equipment/Packages Design role for Offshore Floating infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry, preferably experience in Project stage.
• Experienced in Designing Gas Turbines, Compressors, and Pumps or prior work experience with a company that supplies similar package equipment.

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of Detailed Engineering and Design of Rotating Equipment/Packages for Floating Infrastructure Projects.
• Familiar with applicable Codes & Standards for Rotating Equipment, API, and PTC.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and other Rotating Equipment Management Tools/Software.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 

Floating Infrastructure Sr. Electrical Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for designing electrical system for FPSO Project and ensure its safe and optimum project delivery as well as reliable operation.

Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

• Min. 15 years working experience as an Electrical Engineer for Offshore Floating Infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry, preferably experience in Project stage.
• Experienced in Electrical Design using Smart Plant Electrical or other Electrical Design Software.

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of Detailed Engineering and Design of Electrical system for Offshore Floating Infrastructure Projects.
• Fully familiar with International Codes, Standards and Recommended practices standards like ANSI, IEEE, IEC, NEC, ISA, NEMA, CSA, UL, API, etc as well as area Classification Techniques as per NEC.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Electrical Engineering Tools/Software
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

Fixed Infrastructure Team Leader

Job Summary;

Have delegated responsibility for delivery of the Fixed Infrastructure, including supporting Tendering and Contracting activities from pre-FEED to Handover. Role will take a Lead both during the Onshore Construction and Offshore Installation phases. A critical role.

Requirement;

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

Min. 15 years working experience for Offshore Oil and Gas industry, with 5 years' experience in Leadership role for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Project.

Knowledge;

• In-depth knowledge of Fixed Infrastructure Delivery Management.
• Good knowledge in Engineering Management, especially for Offshore Asset.
• Good knowledge of Construction Management for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
• Good knowledge of Quality Management System, especially for Offshore Fixed Infrastructure Projects.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and other Project Management Tools/Software.

 

Fixed Infrastructure Contract Engineer

Job Summary;

Responsible for delivering Contract and Procurement whole life-cycle for all Fixed Infrastructure Services/Contracts starting from early stage of contracting strategy development, contract drafting, tender document development, tender process execution, negotiation, support during contract execution, up until contract close out, including supporting contract management during contract implementation, in order to ensure Government Regulation and Corporate Procedure Compliances, whilst achieving industry and corporate leading performance. This role shall be responsible for all services and, where required, material contracts specifically under Fixed Infrastructure scope.

Requirement;

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Direct Contract employment status.

Experience/Skills;

• Min. 10 years working experience as Project Contract and Procurement Engineer within Offshore Infrastructure within Oil and Gas industry, preferably in Project stage.
• EPCI contracts development experience.
• Disputed Claims experience.

Knowledge;

• Familiarity with various Computer Software applications, including propriety project management software.
• Familiarity with JDE/SAP/other ERP system.
• Thorough knowledge of PTK 007 regulations is a requirement.
• Thorough working knowledge of QHSES Policies and Procedures.
• Management of Contract Conditions & Contractor requirements in the Indonesian market is desirable.
• Proficient in Contract Drafting and Contract Management.
• Proficient in Ms. Office and Contract Management Tools.
